We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while working in a supportive and efficient clinical environment.


Position Overview

This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity. Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our experienced team supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.


The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to serving our community while maintaining efficiency in a busy outpatient setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Texas regulations and clinical protocols
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
  • Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health measures
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
  • Adhere to clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
  • Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Schedule

We offer a compensation package designed to support both professional growth and work-life balance.

  • Salary starting at $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Established patient volume with a consistent schedule
  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact within a thriving practice

Schedule and Work-Life Balance:

  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • No weekend hours
  • Rotating Fridays off among providers, creating regular extended weekends
