Industrial Manufacturing Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will lead industrial innovation projects for the Goodyear Modular Data Center facility. These projects will be focused on plant productivity, efficiency, quality, logistics, continuous improvement and safety. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order and design build environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality, leveraging: * Lean Mfg techniques * Six Sigma * Kaizen * Value Stream Mapping * Layout optimization * Digital Transformation * Theory of constraints People & Culture * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to successfully lead teams through challenger projects. * Ability to collaborate and/or influence to achieve challenging results * Demonstrate SE core values in everything you do.
