YOU CAN EARN $135,000 PER DRIVER ANNUALLY- WE HAVE THE MILES TO RUN!

Up to $0.88 CPM to the truck based on your verifiable experience in the last 10 years and mileage bonus.

Whether your haul is loaded or empty, ensure your hard work is rewarded every step of the way.

Established team, come on in! We have a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus with your name on it as an established team ($2,500 Per Driver)

Need a co-driver? We can pair you up!

New driver without 6 months of experience? If you have a friend or family member with 1 year of experience in the past year and a half, we can see if they can come in to train you!

• Monthly Mileage Bonus- You can earn up to $0.10 CPM to the truck each month for just running the miles you already want!

  • 1-3 Years of Service = $1,200
    
  • 4-7 Years of Service = $2,400
    
  • 8-12 Years of Service = $3,600
    
  • 13 Years Plus of Service = $4,800
• Monthly Safety Bonus- Earn extra money each month just by being a safe driver.
  
• Paid Holiday- Get paid extra if you run on the following holidays: 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year s!
  
• 401 (k) with match- Kennesaw matches 50%, up to the first 6% of what you contribute.
  
• Full Benefits Package- Blue Cross Blue Shield for medical and Met Life for dental and vision. Kennesaw pays 50% of your weekly premiums on medical!
  
• Free Life Insurance- We offer a $25,000 policy at no cost to you! Other options are available at a cost if you would like more.
  
• Paid Orientation with Lodging- Our orientation spans over 3 days, and we offer a $200 paid orientation on your first check. If you require a hotel, we will cover that cost. The hotel we provide has a hot breakfast, indoor pool, and workout center available to use. We will also provide lunch each day for orientation.
