Job description
The Certified Anesthesiology Asst. role will be working in the Anesthesiology specialty, located in TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center - ANE Nashville, TN. Envision is currently seeking an experienced CAA to join Nashville Anesthesia Service in the Nashville, TN area. This team provides coverage at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, and two affiliated surgery centers. These sites offer a full spectrum of patient care services, including highly regarded programs in cancer care, orthopedics, imaging, and stroke. Both hospitals are recognized as Top Performers in quality by The Joint Commission. Highlights of this opportunity include: $100,000 Start Date Bonus Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 13 physicians and 29 APPs Excellent average earning potential $230-$260K Broad case mix including Orthopedics, OB, Neurology, Urology, Thoracic, Vascular, GI. Bread and butter cases at both hospitals- No Cardiac Well established team and excellent culture Flexible scheduling and balanced call rotation to support work-life-balance Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a CAA Annual CME stipend and retention bonus Envision offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, bonus structure, CME, generous time off, 401K, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
