The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during the overnight shift. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and the crucial nightly audit reports, including payment processing and account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests, build personal connections, and provide professional concierge recommendations.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle phone etiquette (2nd ring rule), reservations, and efficient arrival/departure services.
- Billing & Reporting: Review folios for accuracy, post charges (mini-bar, valet, etc.), and complete nightly audit reports.
- Property Care: Maintain a clean workspace and perform property walks to ensure event spaces are tidy.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Night Audit experience (preferred) or 1 year as a Front Desk Agent (required).
- High school diploma; proficient in computers (Opera experience preferred).
- Impeccable communication skills; CPR certification is a plus.
- Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends.
