Contract Nurse needed in Clarksville, TN

Job Summary
As a Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare - Tennessee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall well-being. This is a part-time, per diem position that offers flexibility and autonomy, with opportunities to earn extra income through referrals and bonuses.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medications, and education
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and services
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Additional Opportunities

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Current license as a Registered Nurse through the Georgia State Board of Nursing
At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience
Comply with accepted professional standards and principles
Possess and maintain good physical stamina and mental health
Present a pre-employment physician's health clearance, including a negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification, and other tests as required by our policy
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order
Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers
Abilities to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
