Are you great at building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solution? Hoffer Pest Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales Retention Specialist to help us retain customers, recover lost opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

At Hoffer Pest Solutions, we protect homes and businesses throughout South Florida while delivering Five-Star service and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with customers who are considering canceling and help resolve concerns.
• Reconnect with former customers and follow up on unsold estimates.
• Identify customers who may need additional support or service recovery.
• Recommend valuable service upgrades, including pest control, mosquito, lawn, termite, rodent, and commercial services.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to create a great customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, customer service, retention, account management, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and difficult conversations.
• Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• CRM or customer management software experience is a plus.
