Job Summary:
At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication administration
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare providers
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and mobility aids up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a drug test
Working Conditions:
Full-time schedule: 11pm-7am,
