Job description

About the Role:

As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our guests in the gaming area. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the gaming operations, providing assistance to players and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. You will be tasked with monitoring gaming equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience and promote our gaming offerings. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the success of our establishment by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about gaming options.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
  • Report any issues or malfunctions with gaming equipment to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and promote gaming events.
  • Provide food and beverage service to guests

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and addressing their needs effectively. Attention to detail is crucial for monitoring gaming activities and ensuring compliance with regulations. Problem-solving skills will be utilized when addressing guest inquiries or equipment malfunctions. Teamwork is important as you will collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment. Additionally, a customer-oriented mindset will help you provide exceptional service and enhance the overall guest experience.
