Global paving is a paving company taking contracts in states all over the country we travel around and fullfill them

Join Global Paving LLC as an OTR Dump Truck Driver, supporting paving crews and construction job sites across the lower 48 states. This is a travel-heavy role where we cover your flights and provide hotels while you're working on projects. You'll be operating a newer fleet of automatic Kenworth trucks (2024–2026 models) hauling asphalt, gravel, and construction materials.

We offer a consistent project-based schedule with most weekends off and flexible home time. You'll work directly with our onboarding lead, Jesse Mintyala, to get started with a team that values safe, reliable, and hard-working drivers. Small dogs are welcome to join you on the road!

• $1,200 - $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
• $30 - $30 per hour
• 2,500 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
• LTL
• 100% Driver Load/Unload

• 5 - 6 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home at least 2 weekends per month

• Orientation is not paid for
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 2 years Commercial Driving experience
