Job description
Delivery DriverCompensation:$21.75 per hourShift Time(s):9:45AMWhy Drive with Us:Weekly Pay. Top Paying Employer.Set Schedule: Enjoy a consistent work routine without the fluctuations of an on-demand role.Company-Provided Vehicle: Drive a reliable and well-maintained company vehicle, eliminating the need for personal vehicle use.Supportive Culture: Benefit from a positive and supportive company culture that values employee well-beingCompetitive Compensation: Enjoy competitive wages and benefitsResponsibilities of a Delivery Driver:-Must be able to show up on time for scheduled shift every day-Must complete pre-trip and post-trip van inspection check-list-Safely operate company-provided delivery van at all times:before, during, and after completing deliveries-Navigate delivery route of 190stops via GPS on provided smartphone/ Use delivery app-Must be comfortable driving and delivering in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, etc.)-Must be able to lift packages up to 60 lbs.-Able to get in and out of van up to 200 times a day-Complete full route daily in a timely manner-Fuel up delivery van at designated gas stations at end of shiftMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleCompany Description:First Drive Logistics is a Amazon Delivery Service Partner with 7 years experience serving Columbus, OH. Want the opportunity for a fun, engaging, active job? Like being on your feet and not staying in one spot? Join our team!The First Drive team operates 7 days a week out of DCM6. All shifts are 10 hours. We begin each day at 9:45 am.Full-time (4 days) is available (1 weekend day is REQUIRED - Sat or Sun - or both!)-Part-time (2-3 days) is also available (must also include 1 weekend day )Location Address:DCM6 at, 6201 Collings Drive, Lockbourne, OH, USAJoin our team and find a rewarding career!Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry heavy packagesExcellent customer service skillsMust be 21 years of ageMust be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)Must be comfortable using a smartphone/appsMust be able to complete full route & shift of 10 hours; No partial shiftsMust be able to walk, stand, squat, bend/twist frequently (in & out of van 200times daily)Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Additional Information:PTO (Paid Time Off)FREE Work ShoesHealth Benefits after 90 daysFT positionsCity Routes/SuburbanCompany-provided vehicleCompany-provided uniformWeekly PayWeekly Performance & Safe Driving IncentivesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
