The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Director Parks and Recreation. Hiring range: $107,860.21 - $124,039.24. The purpose of this position is to assist in the management of department operations. This is accomplished by managing divisional operations, developing plans and policies, preparing and implementing maintenance and operations budget and long-range capital improvement program budget. Other duties include long-range park system master planning, interacting with other City employees and citizens, and policy development in coordination with Park and Recreation Board and Parks and Facilities Development Corporation. This position provides direction to other employees.
