Role Overview
The High-Volume Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing technical talent to support data center technology hiring. This role focuses heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing activities, including high-volume outreach, cold calling, and initial candidate conversations. Recruiters in this role will manage high-volume pipelines across multiple hiring managers and work under established processes to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The work environment is highly collaborative, with a mix of team interaction and independent desk time. There is frequent communication with candidates and hiring managers. This position requires being fully on-site for five days a week during core business hours.
