This position is responsible for overseeing all services and operational activities of a Car Care Center facility according to AAA National guidelines for Approved Auto Repair and in compliance with all of the company's guidelines and strategic plans. The position supervises staff activities and operations of the Car Care Center facility. In addition, the position ensures effective quality service to members and all motorists.

The starting pay range for this position is $58,800 - $71,900 annually. Managers may earn additional incentive compensation averaging approximately 30% of base pay, with earnings varying based on individual performance and other factors.
