Light of Life Rescue Mission has been a safe refuge for homeless and hurting people in the Pittsburgh area for over 70 years.
We currently seek a Senior Manager of Women's Long-Term Program that will lead a team of staff members and volunteers to serve Light of Life's female guests and their children. This leader oversees all existing Women & Children's programs, keeping them equipped and at capacity. The position reports to the Director of Programs.
The ideal person for this job is a mature Christian, committed to excellence, and effective in collaborating. We seek approachable leaders who support their teams as empathetic relationship builders. This role is likely appealing to those who exhibit the attributes of a servant leader and gain satisfaction from assisting the restoration among their neighbors.
