The HR Specialist role is based at our Atlanta, GA Distribution Center and serves as a key partner to the HRBP-Sr Manager and DC leadership team. This position acts as a subject matter expert for HR processes, systems, and day-to-day teammate support, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, which will be a primary responsibility. The role supports HR analytics, job description updates, employee relations case management, and overall teammate lifecycle initiatives within the Distribution Center.
