We value drivers who take pride in professionalism, communication, and delivering exceptional service.EquipmentNew 2026 Kenworth T680 tractorMaintained under a strict, consistent preventative maintenance programWe operate only safe, clean, and well-maintained vehiclesRequirementsValid CDL Class A licenseWilling to obtain hazmat endorsement within 120 days of start dateMinimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years, or 1 year in the last 5 yearsWilling and able to stay out 2 weeks at a time (home time requests always accommodated)Clean MVR and criminal backgroundExcellent communication skillsCommitment to safety, reliabiltiy, customer service, and equipment careAbility to follow FedEx procedures and security standardsRun DetailsOver-the-road dry van freightDedicated dispatch through FedEx Custom CriticalNationwide lanes with consistent, year-round freightCompensation$1500 sign on bonus Solo pay $0.60-0.70 per mile, min 1750 miles per week.
