Job Description
The Supervisor, Content works across strategy, content and investment to create and execute campaigns for clients across all channels. Focused on direct partnerships with media owners, the Supervisor is a critical thinker with knowledge across media disciplines with a sharp attention to detail throughout the execution process. Furthermore, they will have a natural curiosity for the ever-changing media landscape and a burning desire for innovation and staying on top of trends. Media investment experience is a plus as relationship building amongst vendors as well as internal partnerships is crucial, but the need to think both strategically and creatively is what sets this role apart from most within the media space.This is part of a creative, collaborative team that encourages out-of-the-box thinking, innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist team in executing branded content programs from brief to execution.
Participate in the development, execution, stewardship/project management, and reporting of campaign plans (social + digital + content)
Understands all phases of the clients' marketing objectives and provides strategic partnership recommendations to deliver against these objectives
Participate in ideation sessions and brief partners on what is required of them to fulfill brand objectives in the content space.
Demonstrates initiative by researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media product
Work closely with partner agencies and brand team to ensure content programs are in line with overarching strategies.
Project manage programs from proposal stage through end date including; concept development, asset negotiation, asset production and brand approval, reporting and optimizations
Participate in negotiations which includes, but is not limited to, evaluating RFP's, spending trends, rate contracts, and program details across social, digital, mobile, and integrated programs
Attend vendor meetings to stay on top of marketplace and cultivate relationships within the vendor community
Understands all proprietary research tools/processes and applies learnings during planning process
Develops collaborative working relationship with strategy and investment teams
Ability to compile and analyze reporting to determine performance insights and application to future campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, or a track record of relevant industry experience, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
5+ years of related experience, prescription pharmaceutical, or a similar highly regulated industry, experience is a plus
Practical knowledge of digital, content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across all platforms
Creative thinker with strength in digital and social marketing
Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Ability to pivot, self-direct and move projects forward in an independent and focused approach
Strong client service skills, flexibility, team player client focused service mentality
Ability to collaborate with a variety of partners
Solid internal and external communication and presentation skills storytelling is key
Demonstrate interest in innovation, consumer engagement, and ROI results
Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends in investment
Hands-on experience planning & executing digital campaigns end-to-end
Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $91,350.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
