How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead and inspire clinical teams by directing daily workflows, staffing, and professional development to cultivate a high-performing, supportive nursing environment.
• Elevate the patient experience by overseeing clinical care plans, assessments, and feedback loops to ensure the highest standards of safety and compassionate care.
• Shape departmental strategy by designing goals and objectives that align with modern healthcare regulations, legal standards, and ethical medical practices.
• Champion fiscal responsibility by managing and optimizing area budgets, ensuring your team has the resources they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Safeguard clinical excellence by directing internal and external quality audits to maintain top-tier compliance and operational readiness.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Prior Ortho Neuro Experience
• 3+ years RN leadership preferred
