Quality and Training Specialist
We are searching for an experienced Quality and Training Specialist at our Fresno facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

SUMMARY
The Quality and Training Specialist supports theorganization’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards, applicable AIB (American Institute of Baking) food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, as well as FDA regulations, this includes all related QMS established audits that need completed, weekly, monthly, etc. This role also supports the training and development of Co‑owners.
