$40,000 yearly + bonus

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
• Set performance goals and hold the team accountable to KPIs
• Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research

What you bring (must-haves):

• Proven sales track record as an individual contributor; 1+ year of manager/team lead experience preferred

• Strong coaching, communication, and people-management skills

• Active Texas real estate license

• Real estate team leadership experience is a plus

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience scaling real estate teams
