Salary Range: $70,618 - $90,000
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
This position manages the daily business operations of the Adolescent Medicine and Sports Medicine Division. Working closely with Division Chief, recommending and implementing process improvements to ensure short- and long-term business goals are met. This position is heavily relied upon by Pediatrics Administration for financial activities (e.g., budgets, contracts, grants) and all human resource related activities. This position is fully in-office during the initial 90 days. After successfully completing this period, employees may shift to a hybrid schedule. Current BCM employees who are eligible to transfer are encouraged to apply.
High School diploma or GED. Four years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree.
