The Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading the team and overseeing all daily operations to ensure the park's success. This on-site position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who prioritizes safety, drives operational efficiency, and fosters a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include enforcing strict safety protocols, recruiting and training staff, managing operational budgets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality or the recreational industry, with experience in aquatics management being an asset.
Proven experience must have experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or recreational industry. Aquatics management experience with aquatics management and lifeguarding is considered an asset. Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with customers effectively. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of park operations simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational issues quickly and effectively. Sound decision-making skills to manage day-to-day challenges. Motivation and enthusiasm for the theme park or family entertainment industry. A desire to advance in management within the industry. Must be prepared to work on-site and follow the park's revenue patterns, which includes working weekends and holidays. H.S. Diploma/Equivalent.
