Position Summary: The Iowa Democratic Party is seeking an Operations Associate for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign. This role will report directly to the Deputy Operations Director and will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department on the execution of all campaign logistics. The Associate will assist with field office needs, and equipment/supply procurement, and material distribution to ensure our statewide staff has the resources needed to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

This position is full-time and lasts through November 2026. Applicants must have a reliable laptop, cell phone, and vehicle. Applicants must also be comfortable working irregular hours including nights and weekends.
