You'll need an upbeat attitude, an attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused and organized throughout the day. You'll promptly answer incoming calls, answer questions, and address concerns. As patients arrive, you'll check them in for their appointment, verify insurance coverage, and collect co-pays when appropriate. Before they leave, you'll schedule a follow-up appointment to help ensure they stick with their treatment plan.
