Performance Review: Review startup behavior, KPI trends, treatment performance, and operating conditions to help ensure units are operating within expected ranges and producing acceptable results.

Operational Coordination: Communicate issues to internal stakeholders and site contacts when required, help coordinate tote runout and changeover events, and maintain current site contact information for assigned jobs.

Operational Changes: Implement and document approved unit setting changes, verify system response after updates, and maintain awareness of current job and skid configuration changes.

Comfort using dashboards, spreadsheets, templates, and digital reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently across active jobs.
Experience in water treatment, industrial operations, chemical operations, or a related field is preferred.

Education:

An associate degree or technical certification in Environmental Science, Process Technology, Industrial Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant technical or industrial experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Additional Information:
