Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Prior experience in corporate finance (Aerospace and Defense is a plus). Experience with POC (percentage of completion) or other intricate revenue recognition policies (recurring revenue). Strong skillset in financial modeling, planning and analysis. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems. A willingness to learn as you go and build upon your existing skillset. Critical thinking & problem-solving skills, even when data is not complete or when guidance is limited. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (Tableau or PowerBI).
Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field. 2 years of related experience. Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR requirements. Ability to pass a drug screen per Lyntris' drug testing policy. Ability to pass a criminal background check per Lyntris' policy.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: The manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
Job Information: This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Lyntris is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt and ineligible for overtime pay. Pay range: $100,000-$140,000 based on qualifications and experience.
