A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to provide clinical oversight and support across multiple facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for partnering with facility Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and clinical teams to drive quality outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen clinical operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in skilled nursing leadership and is comfortable supporting multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight and support across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership teams
• Monitor Quality Measures, rehospitalizations, and clinical performance indicators
• Conduct clinical audits and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance across facilities
• Assist with plans of correction and survey response initiatives
• Support staffing, retention, and clinical leadership development efforts
• Partner with operational leadership to improve resident outcomes
Qualifications
• Active RN license required
• Prior Regional Nurse Consultant experience preferred
• Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
• Strong survey and regulatory background
• Experience supporting multiple facilities preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania as needed
