Competitive pay: $31.00 - $42.00/hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing facility, you will:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary care team
Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health record software
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Jersey
Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
