CT Technologist Job Description Job Title CT Technologist Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist for a 14-week contract assignment in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves performing a variety of computed tomography (CT) procedures on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to comprehensive patient care through advanced imaging services and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders. Prepare patients for CT examinations, including explaining procedures, positioning, and administering contrast media as required. Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and equipment functionality. Monitor patient vital signs and provide comfort and support throughout the imaging process. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures. Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and facility policies. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting.
