Physical Therapist Job Description Job Title Physical Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitation services within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functional abilities. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function, pain levels, and mobility limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interventions and outcomes accurately. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting. Preferred Qualifications Not specified.
