Junior Loan Officer Assistant & Pipeline Coordinator

Job Description

The Junior Loan Officer Assistant & Pipeline Coordinator supports the mortgage lending team by helping manage loan files, coordinating communication between all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring loans move efficiently from application to closing. This role is responsible for assisting with borrower pre-qualification, document collection, pipeline management, CRM updates, client communication, and overall loan process coordination while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with borrower pre-qualification and loan applications
  
• Review and organize loan documentation
  
• Generate pre-approval letters
  
• Maintain accurate records in Encompass, CRM systems, and loan platforms
  
• Track loan milestones and critical deadlines
  
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate agents
  
• Follow up on underwriting conditions and outstanding documentation
  
• Provide updates and support to clients and business partners throughout the loan process
  
• Support marketing initiatives and business development efforts
  
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process from application to closing

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mortgage Lending or Loan Processing Experience
  
• Real Estate or Banking Experience
  
• Familiarity with Encompass, Blend, or Mortgage CRM Systems
  
• Understanding of Mortgage Documentation and Underwriting Guidelines
  
• Knowledge of FHA, Conventional, VA, and Non-QM Loan Programs

Requirements
Must-have: Active Florida Real Estate License or commitment to obtain it promptly. Preferred: Interest in growing skills in real estate transactions, mortgage origination, or new construction sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation. Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support and training.
