Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with leasing, purchasing, selling, and evaluating commercial properties, including office, industrial, warehouse, retail, investment, and land assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Requirements
Active Georgia Real Estate License or ability to obtain one. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. Previous sales, real estate, business development, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and real estate software tools. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, or property management. Knowledge of office, industrial, retail, and investment property markets. Understanding of lease structures, financial analysis, and commercial transactions. Existing professional network within the Atlanta business community. Experience with tenant representation and buyer representation services.
