Requirements:
Current LPN license in the State of Nevada
Minimum 5 years of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

As an LPN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes as necessary
Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery
Collaborate with other departments, such as Social Services, Dietary, and Rehabilitative Services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Provide education and training to staff members, as needed, to promote professional development and enhance patient care
