Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager
This job will have the following responsibilities:
· Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projects
· Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines
· A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
· Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable
· Experience with delivering Intelligent Document Management projects highly desirable
· Experience with delivering AI projects desirable
· Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors
· Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
· Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
· Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams
· Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings
· Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
· Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· Minimum (10) ten years of IT experience
· Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery – on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
· Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projects
· Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc.
· Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tool
· Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point.
