The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the part-time position of Adjunct Instructor for the Early Technical College Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration class at the Clarksville Campus.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Adjunct Instructor in the Early Technical College Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration class is responsible for providing in-person theory and hands-on skills instruction to dual-enrolled high school students. Areas of instruction include print reading, technical math, basic electronics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, refrigerant containment certification, heat pump technology etc. The Adjunct Instructor must monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports; and other duties as assigned. This position is part-time and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 1:30 . to 5:30 . between August and May each year. Scheduled class hours are 2:30 . to 5:30 . Monday through Friday. This is not a remote work position.
SALARY: $35.00 per hour. Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines.
