Provide technical leadership and support for PC Refresh technicians, including scheduling and monitoring PC Refreshes tickets. Follow PC Refresh/IMAC Best Practice to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the PC Refresh deployment process. Assist with onboarding and training of new PC Refresh technicians. Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool. Present Refresh status/performance to management on a weekly basis
