Director of Campus Credentials
The Director of Campus Credentials provides leadership and administrative oversight for the University's comprehensive identification card program. This role is responsible for the management of the University's credentialing system, and the integration of card technologies with campus partners such as Housing, Dining, and Information Technology. The Director will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the University's credential ecosystem, including strategic adoption of emerging technologies to enhance access, security and the student experience. The Director ensures a user-centric experience for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates through fostering a culture of customer service and continuous improvement. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
