Traveling Construction Project Manager – Data Center Projects
Location: Springfield, MO initially; transitioning to Lexington, NE
Job Type: Long-Term Contract / Contract Assignment
Pay: $58.00–$65.00 per hour, based on experience
Travel: Company-paid lodging, travel reimbursement, and daily per diem
We are seeking a hands-on, travel-ready Construction Project Manager to support fast-paced modular data center construction projects. This is not a desk-only project management role. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on-site, managing shifting priorities, coordinating crews and deliveries, solving field issues in real-time, and helping to keep complex civil and modular construction work moving safely and efficiently. The assignment will begin in Springfield, Missouri, where the selected candidate will work alongside the current project leadership team and learn the project approach. As the next project ramps up, the role will transition to Lexington, Nebraska, supporting a large-scale modular data center build-out.
