The posted compensation range of $213.26 - $383.87 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
As our System Senior Vice President of Supply & Service Resource Management, you will provide strategic direction for system-wide sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and distribution of supplies, logistics, and inventory management that lowers the total cost of distribution and inventory management functions while improving customer service and support to caregivers.
Every day you will develop a system-wide approach for end-to-end supply integration. You will be expected to lead CommonSpirit's Purchasing Network (group purchasing organization), provide overall management of the CommonSpirit's Contract Connection (online contract management system), research and implement potential system-wide savings by implementing joint ventures and procuring purchasing affiliates, and provide overall management of Managed Print Services.
To be successful in this role, you must have seven (7) years of experience leading multi-billion dollar supply and services spend at a national level, preferably in the healthcare industry.
