The IT Project Manager Lead / Program-Level provides integrated leadership and governance across all Task Order activities, ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity and IT initiatives for federal clients. Serving as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), this role is responsible for coordinating complex, multi-workstream programs, managing dependencies, risks, and schedules, and maintaining transparency, accountability, and effective communication throughout program execution. The ideal candidate possesses extensive program management experience in federal environments, demonstrating the ability to drive execution, manage competing priorities, and support executive-level decision-making while aligning with contract requirements and organizational objectives.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM and requires flexibility to work remotely or on-site (if applicable per client RTO policies). On occasion additional hours may be necessary.
