Clinical Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards

• Monitor resident conditions and care plans

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Communicate with residents, families, and care teams

Clinical Manager Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Pay Range: $88,000 - $100,000

• Location: 42 Prospect Avenue, West Springfield, MA

Clinical Manager Qualifications & Skills

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
