Job description

Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Phlebotomist to support our Quality Clinical Operations team at Astrana Health. This role reports to a Nurse Practitioner and is responsible for helping close care gaps for patients across Los Angeles County through in-home and in-clinic support. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and take on an expanded Phlebotomist position that combines traditional blood draw responsibilities with broader clinical support, including health screenings and preventative care initiatives. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and passionate about improving access to care, especially for underserved populations.
