Speech-Language Pathologist - $74,000 - $84,000
At Small Steps, therapy is more than a service - it’s a collaborative, creative, and deeply human experience. We are a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and feeding specialists united by one purpose: helping children and families thrive through compassionate, individualized care.
Our clinic is built on mentorship, collaboration, and the belief that every clinician brings unique strengths to the team. We take a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, play-based approach to therapy, honoring each child’s individuality while creating meaningful, engaging experiences that support growth.
About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Small Steps, you’ll partner with families and fellow clinicians to evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, document progress, and coach caregivers to support carryover at home and in the child’s natural environment.
This is a place where your voice matters, your interests are supported, and your impact is felt every day—in the lives of the children you support and the team you grow with.
