Back of House Staff
Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our team at Toastique Chesapeake! As a Back of House Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and back-of-house areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and supplies
Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates
Assist with meal preparation, including toasting, assembling, and plating
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
Participate in daily tasks, including trash removal, recycling, and cleaning of the dining area
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
