• Miami, FL (Local Applicants Only) Pay: $27.00 Per Hour + Shift Bonuses Schedule: Full-Time Work Type: On-Site Contract Type: Long-Term Contract Opportunity Autonomous Vehicle Operator • Safety Driver • Test Driver • Vehicle Operator • Data Collection Driver • RoboTaxi Operator About the Role We are hiring RoboTaxi Test Drivers / Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support the testing and operation of next-generation self-driving vehicles in Miami, Florida.
• This position combines professional driving, vehicle testing, data collection, safety monitoring, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Operators play a critical role in helping engineering teams improve autonomous driving systems by collecting real-world driving data and documenting vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities • Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world traffic conditions • Drive 4–8 hours per day while maintaining constant situational awareness • Take vehicle control when necessary to ensure safe operation • Conduct vehicle inspections and readiness checks • Perform basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks • Collect driving data and document vehicle performance • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams • Support vehicle testing, logistics, and fleet operations • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness • Assist with documentation, reporting, and testing procedures Available Shifts Day Shift:
