Compass Intervention Center has been providing psychiatric services to the Memphis area for more than -years. Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free-standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages to . , , and are available to male and female adolescents ages to . Compass offers a full continuum of care for psychiatric treatment of adolescents and is the only facility in the State of Tennessee that offers every level of care to adolescents. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions including nursing, clinical and administrative staff
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to bring top talent into our organization
- Facilitate the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes, working closely with the HR Teams to ensure a smooth transition to New Hire Orientation
Job Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter- is responsible for implementing recruitment with special emphasis on well-qualified, values centered, diverse pool of candidates. Responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, ensuring seamless on-boarding that is cost effective and timely. Performs full lifecycle recruiting and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near-and long term recruiting vision and strategy, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Qualifications Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Two years experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment; Healthcare or nurse recruitment highly preferred
- Strong interviewing skills and a talent of build long lasting relationships
- Self-driven and able to meet deadlines is a must
