Responsibilities DIETARY AIDE located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA
This is a Per Diem Postion
Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services this position prepares hot food items for patient trayline, cafeteria, doctor's lounge, and catering functions according to production schedule. In absence of director or chef, supervises kitchen staff and acts as lead person. Ensures all duties are completed in a consistent manner, according to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications Minimum Essential Experience:
- Minimum two years food service experience in an acute care facility preferred
- Basic to advanced culinary skills; Knowledge of modified and therapeutic diets preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications:
- Food Workers’ certificate required within days of start date.
