The Admissions Coordinator responds to all request for mental health services received at the hospital and completes assessments to determine a level of care. Acute psychiatric inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Services are available to adolescents (ages -) and to adults (ages and older). Patients admitted will meet clinical and financial criteria established by the hospital. This position actively supports, promotes and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Forest View Hospital using our Service Excellence program.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health or a related field or an LPN required.
