Job Title: Shop Lead / Parts & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Odessa, TX 79763
Duration: 5 Months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 40-45 Hours/Week
Position Summary
The Shop Lead / Parts & Logistics Coordinator supports daily shop and field operations by managing inventory, coordinating logistics, maintaining shop organization, and assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role ensures technicians have the tools, parts, and equipment needed to safely and efficiently support customer operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
